PAINKILLERJANE

SCI FI Channel Promo for the popular graphic novel turned action TV show series "Painkiller Jane".  

Inspired by the comic book, an unexpected shootout unfolds at a fashion show runway, as camera flashlights become gun muzzle flashes.  our heroine, Painkiller Jane is put to the test in a hyper real, action driven spot to draw viewers in for the Premiere of TV show.

SCI FI EXPOSURE - LISA MARIE

After designing the show titles and the set for the cult Sci Fi Channel TV show "Exposure", which showcased Science Fiction Short films, we were asked to create the TV promo starring the show's Host, Lisa Marie ( iconic actress from Tim Burton films like Mars Attacks, Sleepy Hollow among others.) .

The Promo features Lisa Marie on a mission to collect short films and deliver to Exposure headquarters. Her mission takes her to a stylized futuristic world, while overcoming obstacles from an underground facility in Moscow to a rooftop in Neo Tokyo.

VH1 - VOGUE FASHION AWARDS J-LO

Intro Spot for Jennifer Lopez live performance at the VH1 / Vogue Fashion awards.

The film was conceived as a grand entrance for Jennifer Lopez's live performance.

Multiple larger than life Jennifers transform into energy, building a force field. At the awards ceremony, the spot was projected onto a jumbo screen  where the real Jennifer Lopez  bursts out of force field through the screen onto the stage.

ARTISTRY COSMETIC

The Amway Cosmetics in-house Agency approached us to create a brand image film for their Cosmetic Line "Artistry".

The idea was to create an elegant gallery space  with a glamorous model and stylized graphics while communicating the

science behind the skin care formula presented on futuristic information systems.

ANDROID APOCALYPSE

Introducing the Android Character of the Sci Fi Channel original movie "ANDROID APOCALYPSE" we play with the notion of what separates the artificial being from humans.

The design and animation of the titles reflect the "MAN" versus "MACHINE" theme, by balancing and graphically separating opposing words.

HOUSE OF THE DEAD 2

A TV show promo for the Sci Fi Channel Original movie "House of the Dead 2" .

Building on the Zombie horror film theme,  we feature a lady in a white dress who reveals herself as a Zombie.

Shot entirely in stop motion photography and using experimental photographic techniques like camera jitter, long exposure blurs and random flickering lights, our zombie is up close for the kill.

BUNNY LAKE - SPOTS

Featuring the electro pop band Bunny Lake in 3 vignettes, as each band members embark on a night out in the town.

SCI FI ME

a series of 5 Promos that where part of the re-design effort for the Sci Fi Channel. 

A set of Characters explain their dreams of what they want from the future while being engulfed in their stylized, visuallised thoughts.

JECKERSON IMAGE FILMS S/S 2010

A series of chic image films for Italian fashion Brand "Jeckerson" via Agency Buero New York. Proceeding the FallWinter campaign, this season we feature models Paul Sculfor and Missy Rayder under the sun in the mediterranean highlighting the Spring/Summer campaign.

Selecting warm earth tones and splashes of cool water cascading down backdrops, where choreographed models perform and are translated into an elegant fashion experience.

JECKERSON IMAGE FILMS F/W 2009

A series of image films for Italian fashion Brand "Jeckerson" showcasing the latest line of Jeckerson's iconic sports trousers.

Keeping in mind the luxury brand's customers, we set out to capture beautiful cinematography with an evocative performance by models Elise Crombez and Nico Malleville, creating an elegant journey where picture and sound merge in rhythmic  poetry.
